A well-managed renovation follows a clear process. Understanding each stage helps you plan ahead and communicate effectively with your contractor.

Step 1 - Site measurement and needs analysis

The project begins with a professional site visit to measure every space accurately and understand how you live. This is the foundation of both the design and the quotation.

Step 2 - Design and quotation

Based on the measurements, we prepare a layout proposal together with a detailed, itemised quotation. You review the design, materials and pricing, and we refine until everything matches your expectations.

Step 3 - Contract and scheduling

Once the design and price are confirmed, a written contract sets out the scope, materials, timeline and payment schedule. A fixed schedule is agreed so both sides know the milestones.

Step 4 - Demolition and site preparation

The old finishes are removed and the site is prepared for the new works. Water and electricity are isolated safely, and debris is cleared promptly to keep the site clean and safe.

Step 5 - Structural and MEP works

Wall rebuilding, tiling, plastering, joinery and all plumbing and electrical works are carried out. This is the longest stage and where the quality of workmanship really shows.

Step 6 - Finishing and installation

Painting, flooring, light fittings, sanitary ware and built-in furniture are installed. Final touches bring the space together and reveal the design.

Step 7 - Inspection and handover

We walk through the completed space with you, item by item, and fix any issues before handover. After handover we provide our aftercare support so you can enjoy your new home with peace of mind.
