Wing Tai Building — Full Residential Renovation

Located on Tin Heung Street in Kwun Tong, this unit was fully renovated in 2022. The kitchen was opened up into a semi-open layout with a bar counter, linking through to the dining area; a three-dimensional feature tile wall provides a focal point, paired with grey and wood-grain cabinetry and under-cabinet LED lighting. An interior glass window separates the living room from the adjoining room, drawing natural light inward and widening the sense of space. Warm timber tones run throughout: the bedrooms use timber slatted headboards and a low partition wall to zone the space, and the dining area takes a warm wood treatment. The design also caters to a pet-owning household, with a cat flap built into the bedroom door. The bathroom pairs a vintage brown art basin with a timber vanity. Scope included full bespoke furniture, painting, lighting and surface finishes.
