After a free consultation, we arrange an on-site survey and provide a detailed quotation — scope of work, material specifications, timeline and payment milestones are all itemised. Once signed, the quotation is a contractual commitment: no hidden fees, no surprise price increases mid-project.

It depends on scope: small renovations (e.g. kitchen, bathroom) take about 4 weeks; full-home renovations usually 12–16 weeks; larger projects (with structural changes) are quoted separately. Timelines are written into the contract — we commit to delivering on the date we put in writing.

Our standard Design & Build tier includes design services (space planning, styling, material recommendations) at no extra cost. Clients requiring design only, with construction handled separately, may engage our standalone design service, quoted by complexity.

Yes. Every project comes with a warranty period, with the duration and scope set out in the contract — a written term, not a verbal promise. During the warranty period, if an issue arises from workmanship (e.g. paint cracking, loose joinery, plumbing or electrical connections), simply call or email us and we will arrange a follow-up. What the warranty does not cover includes damage caused by people, materials ageing naturally over time, leakage from the building's external walls or common pipes, and alterations made by the owner. We are a Hong Kong registered company. Work is performed under formal contract by professional teams (electrical work is carried out by a registered electrical contractor for compliance and safety). Contract protection is the first pillar of our commitment — in writing, for both sides.

No. Payments are split by progress milestones (e.g. deposit, commencement, mid-stage, final inspection). Each instalment corresponds to verified progress — the next payment is made only after the client confirms the relevant stage. That is our confidence in our workmanship.

It depends on scope: for partial renovations (kitchen, bathroom) you can usually stay home — we seal and protect the work area. For full-home renovations we recommend staying elsewhere for a smoother timeline. The details will be discussed with the client at the quotation stage.

Yes. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living area — we take any partial scope. Work like this usually falls under our Essential Renovation option (charged per square foot) — small scope, short duration, controlled budget, with the same quality standard as a full renovation.

Yes. We have commercial experience (retail shops, offices, restaurants) including quick-refresh services — for example, a shop refreshed within two to three days to minimise downtime. Commercial projects have dedicated quotations; feel free to enquire.
