A full renovation at Cheong King Court in To Kwa Wan, unifying the layout with bespoke joinery and a light, consistent palette throughout.

Located at Cheong King Court in To Kwa Wan's Wai Hang Cheong Sun Tsuen, this unit was fully renovated in 2026. The living room takes a light palette with generous daylight, and bespoke TV and storage cabinetry is built as one continuous piece with clean lines. The dining area continues the same timber and light-surface treatment for a coherent flow. The bedrooms use a soft palette with bespoke wardrobes and bedside storage recessed into the walls to keep the space uncluttered.
