A village house in Yuen Long, with the bathroom and kitchen rebuilt and the external wall tidied.
The bathroom and kitchen were re-planned with durable, moisture-resistant finishes, improving ventilation and storage. The external wall was also tidied up. Scope included bathroom and kitchen renovation, rewiring and plumbing, and external wall works.
