The Dynasty — Contemporary Urban Residence
A seaside residence in Tsuen Wan West. The bedroom is styled in white and soft lilac with neoclassical bespoke joinery, and full-height glazing framing an expansive sea view.
A high-floor unit at The Dynasty with a bedroom suite in white and soft lilac, styled along a neoclassical European axis. All joinery is bespoke, finished in white moulded frame panels with antique gold handles: a platform bed with a curved step and under-bed drawer storage, and an L-shaped full-height wardrobe run for generous storage.
A floating desk pairs a marble-pattern top with classic frame-front drawers, sitting beside a full-height open shelving unit with European relief-panel doors below. Ceiling beams are wrapped in purple, framed by white coving, a crystal chandelier and carved fabric-shade wall lamps. Warm brown wood-look flooring against lilac walls creates a soft yet ornate sleeping space.
Full-height glazing with silver-grey drapes opens to an expansive sea view and the skyline across the water. Completed in about 3 months.
