A complete transformation of an old Hong Kong Island building unit. Modern minimalist style converting a narrow old unit into a bright, comfortable contemporary home.
An old-building unit by the seafront in Kennedy Town — older building stock but a prime location. Works included full structural reconfiguration, plumbing and electrical renewal, and waterproofing. The design direction is modern minimalist, with a white palette, sage-green cabinetry and fluted glass doors to improve natural light in the old building.
