Nan Hai Mansion — Full Apartment Renovation

The unit was of considerable age, with original partitions, wiring and plumbing all past their service life. Scope covered complete rewiring and plumbing, waterproofing, wall and floor rebuilding, and a full re-plan of the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, kitchen and bathroom circulation. Light timber veneer and a white base palette, with bespoke cabinetry consolidating storage and improving the natural light typical of older buildings. A bedroom before / after comparison is shown below, alongside the finished result across the whole unit.
