LOHAS Park — Two-Bathroom Modern Renovation
Two bathrooms in a LOHAS Park unit, reworked with a modern hotel-grade feel: matte black fittings, concealed warm lighting and full wet/dry separation.
A unit at LOHAS Park where two bathrooms were reworked along a modern minimalist axis — one in grey stone, one in white marble paired with wood grain — giving each a distinct, calm character. Both use floating vanity units with countertop basins, and rounded-edge mirror cabinets with warm LED strips concealed behind and beneath. Matte black taps, towel rails and shelving keep the lines clean.
Showers are separated by sliding glass screens in metal frames with matte black shower sets. The grey bathroom wraps walls and floor in large-format stone tiles, while the white marble bathroom uses a marble threshold to define the shower zone. White flat ceilings with recessed LED downlights conceal the extractor and heater units.
Both bathrooms were re-tiled with anti-slip stone flooring and marble-look wall tiles, and new aluminium windows were fitted for ventilation. Completed in about 3 months.
